(BN) Apple, Microsoft Have ‘Anti-Cloning’ Agreement, Witness Says
Aug. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corp. have an "anti-cloning" agreement, Boris Teksler, Apple's director of patent licensing and strategy, testified at trial in a patent lawsuit against Samsung Electronics Co.
